تبیین نقش مدیریت آموزشی در توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی دانشجویان: یک مطالعه کیفی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش مدیریت آموزشی در توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهر تهران بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قراردادی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل 22 نفر از دانشگاههای شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند و شامل 7 عضو هیئت علمی، 6 مدیر یا کارشناس حوزههای آموزشی، فرهنگی و دانشجویی و 9 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی بودند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق گردآوری شدند و نمونهگیری تا دستیابی به اشباع مفهومی ادامه یافت. مصاحبهها پس از پیادهسازی کلمهبهکلمه، از طریق شناسایی واحدهای معنایی، کدگذاری اولیه، مقایسه مستمر، تشکیل زیرمقولهها و انتزاع مقولههای اصلی تحلیل شدند. برای افزایش اعتبار یافتهها از بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، بررسی همتایان، مستندسازی فرایند تحلیل و یادداشتهای تأملی استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج 168 کد اولیه، 64 کد مفهومی نهایی، 12 زیرمقوله و سه مقوله اصلی منجر شد. مقوله نخست، «کارکردهای آگاهیبخش و تربیتی مدیریت آموزشی»، شامل ارتقای سواد و آگاهی سیاسی، تقویت تفکر انتقادی، تربیت اخلاق و مسئولیت سیاسی و پیوند آموزش دانشگاهی با مسائل اجتماعی بود. مقوله دوم، «حکمرانی مشارکتی و شکلدهی به تجربه سیاسی در دانشگاه»، مشارکت دانشجویان در تصمیمگیری، تقویت گفتوگو و تضارب آرا، تجربه عملی فرایندهای مشارکتی و افزایش احساس تعلق و اثربخشی سیاسی را دربرگرفت. مقوله سوم، «ایجاد بستر سازمانی و فرهنگی برای توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی»، شامل عدالت و شفافیت مدیریتی، امنیت روانی و تحمل تنوع دیدگاهها، حمایت از فعالیتهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی و تقویت اعتماد نهادی بود. برآیند تحلیل نشان داد که مدیریت آموزشی از سه مسیر بههمپیوسته توانمندسازی شناختی، تجربه مشارکتی و مشروعیت سازمانی بر فرهنگ سیاسی دانشجویان اثر میگذارد. توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی دانشجویان نیازمند رویکردی یکپارچه در مدیریت آموزشی است که همزمان بر آگاهی سیاسی، تفکر انتقادی، مشارکت واقعی دانشجویان، عدالت، شفافیت، امنیت روانی و اعتماد نهادی تمرکز داشته باشد و دانشگاه را به محیطی برای تجربه عملی مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی و مشارکت سازنده تبدیل کند.
